Referral rewards terms.
These terms explain when a referral qualifies and how Fastway Travel vouchers may be used.

Eligibility
Anyone may register with their full name, phone number and email, then verify their email to activate a personal code and sharing link. A previous Fastway booking is not required. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, false information, and commercial or automated distribution do not qualify.
Qualifying referral
The referred traveller must be a new eligible Fastway Travel customer, provide the referral code before booking, either through the website or directly to our team, and complete an eligible paid booking. The first booking is at the regular price. Fastway Travel manually confirms first-booking eligibility after full payment and supplier confirmation. A customer may qualify as the referred traveller only once. Travellers on the same reservation or invoice cannot refer one another.
Reward issuance
After qualification, one $25 CAD voucher is issued to the referrer and one $25 CAD voucher to the referred traveller. Vouchers are emailed with a private link to a branded digital copy that can be printed or saved as PDF. Both vouchers apply only to bookings made after issuance. A referrer who has never booked may use their earned voucher on their own first booking.
Voucher use
- Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
- The voucher must be used with the email address to which it was issued.
- Only active, verified vouchers may be applied.
- Vouchers do not expire. Printed and digital copies use the same unique code and represent the same credit.
- A voucher may be redeemed once and is subject to confirmation by Fastway Travel.
- Unless Fastway Travel confirms otherwise, vouchers cannot be combined with another referral voucher on the same booking.
Program integrity
Fastway Travel may withhold or cancel rewards associated with suspected abuse, duplicate submissions, cancelled or refunded bookings, chargebacks, or violations of these terms. The program may be changed or discontinued, but valid vouchers already issued will be handled fairly under the terms communicated at issuance.
